Commission an original piece
Every commission begins with a conversation about your idea, references, and timeline.
Before I begin: I will confirm the scope, price, and estimated delivery date in writing.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, approved commissions are non-refundable. I will share progress updates at agreed milestones, and small revisions are welcome before the final artwork is completed.

Commission policy
Thank you for your interest in commissioning an original piece. Please review the process, payment terms, revisions, and delivery details below before submitting a request.
Commission process
- Submit your idea, preferred size, medium, any reference images, and requested completion date.
- I will confirm availability, provide a project quote, and outline the expected timeline.
- Work begins after the required deposit has been received and the project details are approved.
Payment and approvals
A %50 miniumum deposit is required to reserve your commission. The remaining balance is due before the finished piece is shipped. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law.
All quotes are priced in Canadian Dollar (CAD)
If the final percent of the payment is not received within 10 business days of the completion of the commissioned piece, it is at my discretion to determine the next steps. This may include selling or repurposing the piece.

Revisions and delivery
The included revision rounds and delivery method will be stated in your individual quote. Please review the final preview carefully before approval. Shipping times may vary by destination and are separate from the artwork creation timeline.
